We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who thrives on solving real business problems, enjoys building elegant frontends and scalable backends, and works well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
• Collaborate with clients, product managers, and designers to understand business needs and translate them into working applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern web technologies.
• Create intuitive user interfaces and responsive frontends using frameworkslike React, Vue, or Angular.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, or otherserver-side technologies.
• Integrate with third-party APIs, enterprise platforms, and internal systems.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and advocate for best practices in codequality, performance, and security.
• Write clear documentation and participate in code reviews to help elevate thewhole team.
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of full-stack developmentexperience building modern web applications.
• Strong frontend skills with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a majorfrontend framework (React preferred).
• Backend experience with one or more server-side technologies (Node.js,Express, Python, Java, etc.).
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL,MongoDB, etc.).
• Understanding of cloud deployment, CI/CD workflows, and containerization(e.g., Docker).
• Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with cross-functionalstakeholders.
• A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and the ability to adapt to new toolsand challenges quickly.Nice to Have • Experience with low-code platforms (likeVinyl, Retool, or Mendix).
• Familiarity with data integrations, ETL processes, or iPaaS tools (e.g.,Workato, Celigo).
• AI/ML integration experience or interest in working with generative AI.
• Past consulting experience or comfort working directly with clients.
